Joseph K. Weidner, Jr., MD FAAFP

Joseph K. Weidner, Jr. MD FAAFP is a board certified family physician. He began practicing in Rising Sun in 1993 where he was the first physician at the Union Health Care Center in Rising Sun. He has served as Department Chair of the Family Practice Department at Union Hospital in Elkton. He graduated from Temple University School of Medicine in 1990 and was chief resident of the family practice residency at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ.

Dr. Weidner sees patients Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Barry O. Baker, Jr., PA-C

Barry O. Baker, Jr. PA-C is a board certified physician assistant. He has worked with Dr. Weidner in Rising Sun since 2001. He graduated from Philadelphia University. Barry sees patients independently in this office, working under the supervision of Dr. Weidner, to provide timely and high quality care for all of our current patients.

Barry sees patients Monday through Thursday, and every other Friday.

Ashley C. Cena, PA-C

Ashley C. Cena, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Brigham Young University and a Master of Medical Science from Arcadia University. Ashley sees patients independently, working under the supervision of Dr. Weidner, to provide timely and high-quality care for all our current patients, including women at all stages of life. Outside of work, she enjoys teaching indoor cycling and spending time with her husband and 3 daughters.

Ashley sees patients Monday through Thursday, and every other Friday.
